Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Lenoir City, TN
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lenoir City, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, including extensive experience with forklift operation. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use a Cherry Picker to retrieve and store items at various heights.
• Walk approximately 11 miles per day within the warehouse to locate and move inventory.
• Stand for 8-10 hours per day while performing job duties.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ensure that inventory is accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting, with a strong focus on forklift operation.
• Equipment Use: Must be comfortable using a Cherry Picker and working at heights.
• Physical Demands: Ability to walk long distances (up to 11 miles per day) and stand on feet for extended periods (8-10 hours per day). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
