We’re hiring Overnight Machine Operators for our premier client who specializes in high-quality printing and converting envelopes in Richmond, VA. The best part? If you don’t have previous experience operating a manufacturing machine, we will train the right candidate! 

As a Machine Operator, you will advance product quality, pack finished envelopes in cartons, and perform other support procedures of the envelope manufacturing process.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour with Weekly Pay

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday-Friday (11pm-7am)

**Training will take place during 1st shift, then move to overnight for position itself**

Our Overnight Machine Operators will:

Feed envelope blanks into the machine using proper fanning techniques and maintaining the proper level of blanks.
Assist machine adjusters with clearing jams, troubleshooting, maintenance, and job setup.
Maintain a clean and neat workstation around envelope feed machinery.

Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Mechanical and troubleshooting experience is preferred.

Previous production environment experience is a plus!

Ability to pass a basic ruler and math test.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, and bend for extended periods.

Ability to stand for most of the shift, perform repetitive hand & wrist motions, and reach with hands and arms for long periods.
