Job Title: General Labor - Loading/Unloading

Location: New Berlin, WI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer for loading and unloading duties in New Berlin, WI. This position involves manual labor and requires strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, products, and shipments from trucks or containers.
• Ensure proper placement and secure handling of goods.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory in the warehouse or storage area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols.
• Operate hand tools and lifting equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Prior experience in general labor or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
