Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
