Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description:
Partners Personnel is seeking a Detail-Oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a prestigious insurance company in the Westside area. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and clerical tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, be highly organized, and provide strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data into company systems.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from customers and assist with general office communication.
- Scanning and Filing: Organize and manage digital and physical files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Email Correspondence: Maintain professional email communication, responding to inquiries and forwarding information as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various office tasks as required, supporting the overall functionality of the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic computer programs and data entry.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or data entry preferred. Experience in logistics or dispatching is a plus.
- Language Skills: Spanish is a plus.
