Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Carson, CA
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Carson. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support customer needs in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all interactions are handled in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Assist customers with order status, product information, returns, and other service-related questions.

Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.

Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.

Resolve customer complaints or concerns with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Update customer records and documentation in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.

Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle high volumes of calls and customer inquiries.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Friendly, empathetic, and patient attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
