Shift- 1st
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Effectively handle all incoming shop calls
- Clerical Duties
- Process all Account Payables
- Create repair orders
- Inventory for cost control, Coordinate with Rental counter to identify repair requirement for trucks
- Scheduling pick up and delivery s for vehicle maintenance , upkeep of files
- Follow up with customer rental agreements
- Ensure customer expectations are meet
- Close contact with customers and needs
- Effective work Scheduling and Planning
Job Requirements
- Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Phone Skills
- Capable of Multi-Tasking Highly organized and excellent time management skills
- Diploma/GED Required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Drug Screen and BG will be administered at the time of hired
