Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates

Assist with inventory management as needed
Prepare shipping and receiving reports for managers
Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints
Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items
Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
