Operations Clerk
Partners Personnel is looking for an Administrative Operations Clerk Part Time at a fast-paced Manufacturing HVAC Warehouse.
Pay Rate $ $19-22 DOE
Mon-Friday- Part time
Job Duties include but not limited to. Assists Operations and production teams by providing administrative support that may include documentation and file management, phone calls emails and other correspondence. Preform safety orientation for new employees. In charge of safety equipment and restocking the PPE , In charge of the mission control board getting updated. You will also be talking notes in meeting and heading up the recaps. Organizing events , scheduling meetings and make travel arrangements. Prepare Reports ,charts , summaries of maintenance activities and downtime history. Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings Ect. Lots of follow up and self-starting projects.
Job Requirements are as followed: Must have intermediate EXCEL skills , professional experience with production operations support. Minimum 2 years in high volume administrative role in manufacturing environment preferred. Strong data entry and record keeping experience. Bilingual is a plus MS office Suite (outlook, Word, Excel and PPT)
