Local Lathrop Warehouse is looking for a Customer Service Representative

Temp-to-Hire Opportunities!

Job Duties: 

Process customer orders and check inventory.

Update customers on order status and handle returns/credits.

Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain records.

Address customer inquiries and maintain order documentation.

Job Requirements: 

High school or equivalent

6 months customer service experience; preferred in logistics

General office knowledge, including telephone techniques and computer skills

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm; Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $17.25/hour
