Partners Personnel has a Sales Manager position in the Kennesaw, GA area. Do you enjoy sales, driving and leading a sales team? In this position, you will be overseeing and leading the activities of the sales department.
Supervisor Functions:
- Hires and trains account managers and staff.
- Organizes and oversees sales funnel, accounts, territories, and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with Operations and Production to help with forecasting and proactively addressing problems.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Maximize business opportunities with new and existing clients by building and maintaining client relationships.
- Organize, update, and maintain customer base accounts in CRM as needed.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
- Assist the Finance department as needed with collecting deposits and final payments.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership, and motivation, and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met – LMA.
- Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
- Provide support in marketing efforts, including establishing goals, planning, and oversight.
- Work with the President to establish revenue and profit objectives for new business development.
- Report on sales activities (quotes, orders, etc.) and send out Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports.
- Provide support for sales and marketing events and exhibitions as required; attend as required.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements of the customer vs USI, developing, and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Ensure all correct information is on OA (email, address, attn, PO/job number).
- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggest equipment, products, or services that will meet them.
- Resolves customer complaints or disputes, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with sales.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.

- Salary:
- $80 - $120k
