We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator.
Inbound Order Processing: Serve as the primary point of contact for purchase order processing. Review, import, and organize order details into our QuickBooks accounting software with accuracy and promptness. Prepare and coordinate orders for warehouse processing, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Customer Service: Handle inbound phone calls and monitor the customer service email inbox, addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and issues such as shipment updates, order replacements, returns, and exchanges. Escalate tech support queries to senior team members as necessary.
- Order Routing and Load Scheduling: Utilize specialized spreadsheets and tools to estimate shipment dimensions, pallet quantities, and weights. Liaise with carriers via email to schedule efficient shipments and pickups.
- Administrative Support: Undertake administrative tasks related to order processing and shipment organization, including printing labels and managing documents to support outbound shipments.
- Inventory Support: Keep track of inventory levels for specific items, liaising with the buying team to issue purchase requests, and assist in managing inventory to ensure stock availability.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
