We are looking for an assistant foreman for a printing manufacturer client in Union City!

Job Title: Assistant Foreman

Pay Rate: $22.34/hr

Schedules: 3 different shifts available! 6A-2P, 2P-10P, 10P-6A

Job Responsibilities:

- Set up, maintain, and repair machines while ensuring efficient performance and quality control every two hours.

- Train team members, enforce safety and GMP rules, and verify job specifications with proper approvals.

- Assist team members, fill in as needed, and handle overtime and factory tasks.

- Report safety issues, keep work areas clean, follow company rules, and aim for quality improvements.

Job Requirements:

- Must pass E-Verify and Background check

- Available to work overtime

- High school diploma or GED preferred & at least 1 year of experience operating and repairing bag machines

- Ability to use common hand tolls and perform basic math.
