We are looking for CNC programmer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use CATIA to develop CNC programming using CAD data(i.e. solid models, step, igs, etc.)
• Create/ maintain CNC machining programs providing the appropriate level of floor support for program introduction, productivity optimization, and trouble shooting.
• Define, design, order, review and implement all tooling associated with manufacture of parts on specified CNC machinery, working with Tool Design as required.
• Create/ maintain tooling libraries and databases including set up sheets, sketches, and associated documentation required to accurately account for the design configuration of CNC tooling.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications.

• Education of a 2-year degree or better in Mechanical/ Production Engineering or Aerospace Manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Experience using CATIA, or equivalent with 5 years minimum of CAD/CAM programming experience.
• Strong technical knowledge or 5-10 years of experience in the aerospace and/ or metal cutting industry.
• Knowledge multi axis CNC mill-turn programming as well as lathe and 3-4-5 axis mill.

Education and Experience

• Education in associate (preferred)
• Experience in CAD/CAM Programming- 5 years preferred.

Pay range $35.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE
