We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Pay rate: $17.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders from inventory using order forms or a digital pick list.
• Pack products securely to ensure no damage during transit.
• Label packages with the appropriate shipping information.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if required).
• Verify the quality and quantity of picked items before packing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
