• Pack candies into boxes, bags, or other containers, ensuring proper portion sizes and accurate labeling.
• Inspect candies for quality and remove any damaged or defective products.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
• Ensure packaging is secure and properly sealed to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area, following cleanliness standards.
• Operate basic packaging machinery (if applicable) and assist with troubleshooting any minor issues.
• Monitor product quality and report any discrepancies or concerns to the supervisor.
• Label packages according to specifications, including product type, quantity, and expiration date.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production deadlines.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the packing process.

• Previous experience in a production or packing role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills for counting and checking inventory.
