Position: Vehicle Processing Associate – Car Auction (Las Vegas Speedway Area)

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Vehicle Processing Associate for a car auction near the Las Vegas Speedway. In this role, the associate will be responsible for logging vehicle details, ensuring accurate entry into the system, and placing work orders on vehicles as they arrive at the auction site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming vehicles by logging essential information such as VIN, vehicle description, year, and other relevant details on a provided handheld device.
• Accurately input the vehicle data into the appropriate categories in the system.
• Print and attach work order numbers to vehicles.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Stand for extended periods and engage in physical tasks such as bending and stooping.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the auction site.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long durations and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and lifting.

Training and Work Schedule:

• Training will be provided during the day, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Post-training, the associate will be required to work the swing shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $16 per hour.
• Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire, contingent upon job performance.

Additional Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Background check and drug test required prior to employment.
• Dress Code: Casual work attire (T-shirt, pants, sweatshirt, tennis shoes).
