Job Title: Recruiter
Pay Rate: DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Provide a world-class experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1+ years in recruiting
•Computer Skills: Basic computer data input skills, basic to intermediate excel experience.
•Reasoning Ability: Demonstrated problem solving skills and able to make decisions regarding products quality. Attention to detail.
•Other:
•Ability to multitask, prioritize and adjust in a fast-paced work environment, make timely decisions, focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlines in a manufacturing environment. • Highly motivated, high energy with the ability to both works independently and with the team
•Very strong organizational skills.
