Key Responsibilities:

- Address customer complaints, concerns, or issues and provide timely resolutions.
Problem Solving:
- Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Documentation:
- Record and maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.
- Update customer profiles and track service requests for follow-up.
Customer Retention:
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and promote loyalty programs or additional services.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, or logistics, to resolve customer issues.
