Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable General Labor / Order Picker / Palletizing / Warehouse Workers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Milwaukee, WI. As part of our warehouse team, you will perform various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, including picking orders, palletizing products, general labor, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick orders using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Palletizing: Organize and stack products onto pallets for shipping and storage, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure packaging.
• General Labor: Assist with various manual labor tasks such as unloading, loading, sorting, and inventory management.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by regularly sweeping floors, organizing products, and ensuring all materials are stored properly.
• Product Handling: Lift, carry, and move products throughout the warehouse, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.
• Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy of products, check for damages, and report any issues to supervisors.
• Equipment Use: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other machinery as needed (training provided).
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a team to meet daily goals and deadlines, maintaining a positive and productive environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, general labor, order picking, or palletizing roles is preferred but not required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, bend, or walk for long periods.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately pick and organize products according to order specifications.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Safety-Conscious: Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols in the warehouse environment.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team setting and contribute to meeting overall goals.
• Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
