Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic parts pulling to prepare materials for production.
• Sand, process, and de-burr reflectors to meet quality standards.
• Drill and buff reflectors with precision and care.
• Wash and detail reflectors to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next step.
• Execute basic bonding processes for reflectors as required.
• Conduct spinning drilling and modifications on assigned parts.
• Assemble mechanical components of reflectors with accuracy.
• Understand and follow processing procedures and acceptance criteria to maintain product quality.
• Maintain tools in good condition and keep the workspace organized.
• Adhere to the assigned shift schedule and company protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and work with tools for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
