Positions Available:

Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Pay Rates: $17.50 - $18.50 (DOE)

Schedules: Monday through Friday

Hours: 1st Shift: 5:00AM -3:30PM

2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 1:30AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load materials from trucks, pallets, or storage locations.
• Unload materials from trucks, pallets, or shelves using stand-up and sit-down forklifts, ensuring safe handling.
• Ensure all materials are properly secured during transportation to prevent damage while using stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Move materials and products between different areas of the warehouse using stand-up and sit-down forklifts, adhering to safety protocols.
• Stack products and materials at proper heights in racks or shelves using stand-up and sit-down forklifts, ensuring organization and accessibility for future use or shipment.
• Place labels on boxes or pallets as instructed in the process.
• Feed components onto assembly conveyors, into hoppers, machinery or other devices to maintain continuous production.
• Replenish and unload components, such as corrugated cardboard, glue, plastic wrap, pumps, inserts, bottles, caps, labels, sprayers, etc., avoiding breaks in the production assembly process.
• Manually assemble/install various liquid packaging component parts including but not limited to sprayers, caps, box dividers, cases, display units, etc.
• Perform various manufacturing inspection protocols to ensure plant quality standards on liquid packaging products and display units.
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sit down / stand up and reach experience preferred
• Warehouse, Assembly and Logistics background a plus
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel / squat and bend for a minimum of 8 hours
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
