We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team at a leading lighting company. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment of products. Your responsibilities will include shipping, receiving, and organizing lighting products to support our operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of lighting products, ensuring they are accurately labeled and free from damage.
• Organize and store products in the warehouse according to company standards for easy retrieval.
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
• Load and unload products from trucks or containers, using appropriate equipment like forklifts or hand trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation and shelf labeling.
• Prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring all necessary documentation is included and that products are packed securely.
• Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and organized, adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools, safely and effectively (if applicable).
• Working Conditions:
