We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs] repeatedly.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
