Shift Options:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM- Peak Season
• Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM- Regular 

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Router Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining routers to produce high-quality components and materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, the ability to meet production deadlines, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Operate router machines to cut, shape, or design materials as per specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine required materials and tools.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, ensuring they meet company and client standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with router machines or similar equipment is a plus, but training may be provided.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
