Data Entry & Documentation:
- Input and update data into systems or databases.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
Communication & Correspondence:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Compose, proofread, and send correspondence, including letters, memos, and emails.
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail, including sorting and distributing.
Filing & Organization:
- Maintain and organize paper and digital files, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.
- Create and manage filing systems to store important documents, such as contracts, invoices, and employee records.
Office Support:
- Perform routine office tasks, including ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the office environment is organized and tidy.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and making travel arrangements when necessary.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Customer Service:
- Provide a high level of customer service by responding to queries and addressing client or employee concerns.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to customer service or client satisfaction.
