Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for selecting and packing products to fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role plays a key part in ensuring that orders are accurate and meet quality standards before shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking:
  Retrieve products from shelves based on order tickets, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.

• Packing Orders:
  Safely and accurately pack products into boxes or crates, ensuring they are properly protected for shipment.

• Quality Control:
  Verify order accuracy by double-checking items, quantities, and packaging before shipping.

• Inventory Management:
  Maintain organization of inventory in the warehouse, ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.

• Shipping Preparation:
  Affix shipping labels, and prepare completed orders for transport to the shipping department or for delivery.

• Cleanliness and Organization:
  Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free from hazards to maintain a safe working environment.

• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to meet daily goals and customer deadlines.

• Additional Duties:
  Assist with stock replenishment, order audits, or other warehouse tasks as needed.
