We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Injection Molding Associate to join our team. As an Injection Molding Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This position requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance to ensure efficient and accurate production. Job Title: Injection Molding Associate
Pay Rate: $15.00
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2,2,3 Shift)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Partner with IM team members to learn about daily pad quantities required and production methods involved.

Fulfill basic role on production line to ensure daily quotas are met.

Stack pads for preparation to forklift for transport without breakage.

Prepare pads for shipping.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment, and have a strong attention to detail. 

Must be a proactive “self-starter” who can work well without supervision. 

Entry level position requires no previous experience. 

Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
