Local Distribution Center is looking for Customer Service Clerical  in the South Phoenix Area

Seasonal with TTH opportunity 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative  

Shift Monday-Saturday, 7AM to finish 

Pay rate: $19/HR

Job duties: •    Tracking drivers, making sure they are running on time, completing exceptions in both systems and following up with the customers/clients regarding the exceptions. •    Answering incoming calls from drivers/clients/customers

•    Assist with scheduling received completed orders

•    Identifying customer needs, clarifying the information that is given, research every issue and provide solutions •    Managing escalated orders in the medic shop•    Respond timely to all inquiries from assigned client(s) via email and/or phone

Requirements:  •    Good written and verbal communication skills 

•    Ability to proactive identify problems and solve them before they become an issue

•    Ability to “think outside the box” to find solutions to customer issues

•    Ability to effectively multi-task

•    Ability to read, interpret and understand large amounts of information

•    Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

•    Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
