Hiring CNC Machinists – Temecula, CA

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team in Temecula, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining technologies and a commitment to producing high-quality components. Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting drawings, blueprints, sketches, and detailed written instructions for component fabrication.
• Setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC HAAS Mills and FANUC-controlled CNC Lathes.
• Performing machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding.
• Selecting tools, fixtures, and materials for specific jobs.
• Loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts into machines.
• Monitoring machine operations, making adjustments as needed.
• Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshooting machine or production issues and performing basic maintenance.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in machining technologies.
• Proficiency with FANUC and/or HAAS controls.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM programming and engineering principles.
• Strong ability to analyze blueprints, equipment manuals, and customer data specifications to complete tasks accurately and on time.
