Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Overtime Available)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our team at a Cold Storage Facility in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a stand-up reach forklift and be comfortable working in a cold storage environment. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move and organize products within the cold storage facility.

• Load, unload, and stack materials accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure proper storage of goods to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Work in a refrigerated environment (cold storage), with temperatures ranging from 34°F to 40°F.

• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as order picking, material handling, and stock rotation.

• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any issues.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a warehouse or distribution center is required.

• Must be able to work in cold storage environments (temperatures ranging from 34°F to 40°F).

• Steel-toe boots are required for safety.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Must be flexible and open to overtime as it becomes available.
