We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant Lead to support and guide our production team in meeting operational goals. The ideal candidate will assist the Manufacturing Lead in overseeing daily production processes, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Assist in managing the production workflow to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Team Support: Provide hands-on guidance to team members, address concerns, and ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Training & Development: Support onboarding and training efforts for new hires and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the Manufacturing Lead to address and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and team performance, and report to the Manufacturing Lead or Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with some leadership responsibilities preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures.
