Job Summary: The General Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks to support daily operations. These tasks will involve assisting in construction, maintenance, or production settings, ensuring that all work is done safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and capable of handling physical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor tasks, such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials and equipment.
• Assist with assembly, construction, and installation activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and disposing of materials.
• Operate basic tools and machinery safely (e.g., hand tools, power tools).
• Load and unload materials and products from trucks or pallets.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or accidents to supervisors.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Help in setting up, preparing, and maintaining equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders on work procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and business operations.
• Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
