We are looking for Production Controller.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities.

• Ensuring quality of manufactured goods.
• Verifies conformance of finished work piece to customer engineering and specifications.
• Approving finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
• Documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database..
• Daily preform mechanical party dimensional inspection, including final inspection, AS9100 completion.
• Performing quick visual inspections.
• Conferring with vendors and other regarding inspection results and inspection data, and compares findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Skilled at interpreting blueprint requirements including geometric dimension and tolerance.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong mathematical skills including proficiency with statistical concepts, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry,  and trigonometry.

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Defense/ Aerospace experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment: AS9100 and First Article Inspection.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance, metrology principles and ISO standards.
• Microsoft Office
• Well-versed in NADCAP, AS9100 and ISO Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with multiple aerospace customer specifications.

Pay Range $26 - $32 per hour DOE

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
