Job Overview:
We’re seeking a visionary Brand and Marketing Manager In this role, you’ll develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that captivate our audience, strengthen customer relationships, and drive growth. From crafting compelling campaigns to building an engaged online community, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s story and future.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy aligned with company mission and values.
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand identity and expand reach.
Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams on new collection launches and seasonal promotions.
Content and Social Media Management
- Create and manage the content calendar for social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Develop engaging content such as Instagram Reels, TikToks, and email newsletters.
- Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Monitor and optimize social media KPIs to drive growth and engagement.
Customer Engagement and Community Building
- Foster an online community that promotes customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Address customer feedback and inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Design loyalty programs and initiatives to boost customer retention.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics like ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance and inform future decisions.
- Leverage data insights to optimize marketing efforts and understand customer behavior.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role (preferably in retail/e-commerce).
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
