Local Electronic warehouse is looking for a Billing Clerk/Customer Service 

Temp assignment with opportunity to go TTH

Pay: $20-$23 DOE 

Schedule: (M-Th) 6:30am to 5 pm or they are flexible for an 8am to 5pm M-Th (32 hour)

Job duties: Invoicing

1.    Applying pricing templates

2.    Sending invoices to customer

3.    Recording invoiced revenue on GER Rev sheet

Compliance

1.    Requesting and recording signed BOLs from downstream vendors

Logistics

1.    Scheduling local and 3PL pick ups

Administrative

1.    Forwarding and recording recycling agreements

2.    Ordering office supplies

3.    Mail/scanning/filing documents

4.    Answering customer service calls

Requirements: Previous experience, computer savvy, strong attention to detail, and must be reliable with good work ethic.
