We are currently hiring Machine Operators 

Job Title: Machine Operators

Pay Rate: $17.00

Schedule (Days and Time):  2^nd shift 2pm to 10pm Monday through Friday
                                                 1st shift 6am to 10pm Monday through Friday

Job Duties/Responsibilities 

• Perform all duties necessary to produce all varieties of sewn products according to established company methods, quality standards and production requirements.      

• Adheres to company policies that create and maintain a safe workplace and follows departments housekeeping requirements

• Work in the department as a team member to produce and sew web products per manufacturing specifications to achieve or exceed the production, quality standards and goals.

• Set up, adjust and operate machines and equipment.

• Select appropriate raw materials, hardware, tools, tags and equipment necessary to produce and sew various web products

• Identify and report any equipment, operational or safety problems or material deficiencies.

• Move and handle materials as necessary

• Understand and follow the company inventory system.

•  Prepare machines to start a production cycle? performing calibration? cleaning and other activities
• Monitor and properly adjust machine settings
• Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Check parts with precision? using appropriate measuring tools
• Conduct tests to check the operation of machines? on a regular basis
• Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift
• Verify output to detect any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Create and manage records of approved and defective units or final products
• Create and maintain activity logs
• Must be able to read Type measure 

Job Requirements

•Minimum 12 months experience in assembly  

•Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.

• Perform minor repairs to machines and equipment.
