We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our logistics team. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring all items are handled safely and efficiently. This role is vital to maintaining smooth warehouse operations and delivering customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Payrate: $18.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from shelves or bins based on order sheets or electronic picking systems.

• Verify the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are secured and properly labeled.

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (training provided if necessary).

• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments when needed.

• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.

• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience required
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
