Contracts Manager
This position will provide the responsibility of managing contracts/purchase orders for all programs.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities include the following:
1. Handling RFQs (Request for quote)
2. Once a PO is placed by a customer, managing that project form start to finish.
3. Good communication skills to interact with our customers on a daily basis.
4. Familiar with Microsoft excel and word.
Knowledge of Software:
1. Windows
2. Microsoft Word
3. Excel
4. Microsoft Outlook
5. Microsoft Access
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
The workweek consists of Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (10 hours), with a 1/2 hour lunch.
