Administrative Assistant (3-Month Assignment)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment of approximately 3 months in the city of PALM SPRINGS. This position plays a critical role in supporting various departments by providing clerical and administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling routine office tasks, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Prepare and process administrative documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
- Organize office supplies and manage inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, printers) and basic administrative processes.
