Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Riverside, CA
Shift: 2nd shift (5:00PM-3:30AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Random Inspections: Perform regular random inspections of SKUs in the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure products meet quality, safety, functionality, packaging, labeling, weight, and dimensional standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Write detailed inspection reports, maintain a tracker of inspection status, and document all non-conformances. Provide clear details on issues found, and escalate as needed.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow established QA procedures, company policies, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all inspections.
• Non-Conformance Resolution: Apply acquired knowledge and skills to resolve non-conforming products by performing 100% screening or rework, as necessary.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and assist in the development of corrective actions for recurring quality issues.
• Quality Assurance Support: Assist the QA team with any additional tasks and duties as assigned, ensuring continuous quality control and product excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing environment. (Preferred, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to document and communicate findings clearly and accurately.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to various physical demands and conditions.
