Admin Assistant
Functions and responsibilities *
Mission To have all Job packets completed and submitted on time
Main functions • Receiving inspection
• Review customer requirements for Quality controls and transfer to QP
• Communicate Customer Quality controls requirements to the team
• Collect MTRs, Inspections from Suppliers
• Collect internal quality, productions inspections for each project as per the customer required frequencies
• Communicate with logistics on BOQs and deliveries
• Prepare the final Job packets to be provided to the customer
• Complete JSAs for work on site (pre commissioning)
• Other documents control to performed as needed
Requirements *
Training • On job training on Document control procedures
Languages • English
• Preferably Spanish
Experience • 5-7 years of relevant experience
