Project Coordinator

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expediting small-scale projects and specific tasks. This position also provides support to senior project managers in executing larger, more complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for field resource management, including selection and scheduling.
• Oversee logistics and route management for small-scope projects.
• Maintain accurate project databases and prepare customer reports.
• Ensure program milestones are met by proactively managing deadlines.
• Prepare purchase orders and invoicing documents.
• Work towards achieving account financial goals, including forecasting and cost management.
• Identify and resolve service and project-related issues.
• Assist with project start-up tasks and strategies.
• Engage in training to improve industry knowledge and proficiency.
• Work occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.

Qualifications:

• A college degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
