Job Summary:
As a Production Line Worker you will play a key role in the candle-making process. You will assist in the efficient and accurate production of candles, ensuring that products meet our high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candle Pouring & Molding:
  Assist in the pouring of wax into molds and containers, ensuring proper temperature and consistency for different types of candles.

• Assembly:
  Set up wicks, label jars, and secure candle accessories (such as lids and decorations) as part of the candle assembly process.

• Quality Control:
  Inspect finished candles for defects, ensuring that each product meets quality standards, including proper wick placement, scent strength, and finish.

• Packaging:
  Carefully package finished candles for shipment, ensuring they are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Label products correctly for inventory tracking.

  • Cleaning & Maintenance:
    Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Regularly clean equipment, tools, and production areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.

  • Safety Compliance:
    Follow safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), handling chemicals safely, and reporting any unsafe conditions to supervisors.

  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with other production team members, supervisors, and managers to meet production goals and deadlines.
