We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team in achieving their goals. This role will involve handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales processes.
Location: Rainbow Canyon, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining customer records.
- Handle customer inquiries, direct them to the appropriate team members, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage and update sales databases, CRM systems, and other relevant software tools.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and track sales team performance metrics, generating reports for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to support sales initiatives.
- Process orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized files and records for the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a sales or customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is a plus.
