Job Title: Facility Technician/Assembly Worker
Location: Hiram, GA
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Technician/Assembly Worker to join our team in Hiram, GA. This role involves performing facility maintenance and assembly tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production and workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate with external vendors for major repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized facility.

Assembly Work:

• Assemble products or components according to specifications and production schedules.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report defects or inconsistencies.

General Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and assembly activities.
• Support team members in achieving production and facility goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facility maintenance and/or assembly work.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to Hiram, GA, and availability to work the stated schedule.
