We are hiring QA Tech for a great company of Snack mix food distribution in Pomona. 

Job Title: QA Tech 

Pay Rate: $20 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30PM-11PM 

Job Duties: 

• Performs quality checks of raw, work in process, and finish product through inspection and visual checks of packaging 
• Performs Pre-op inspections and swabs as necessary 
• Performs daily GMP audits in production and in the warehouse 
• Collects and logs production/processing samples 
• Ensures all non-conforming products are placed on hold and fully documented. 
• Investigates complaints and inspects product as directed 
• Processes all mis-picks and damaged bulk from warehouse 
• Inspects end-of-life retain samples 
• Compliance to all GMPs, Food Safety, Food Defense as regulated by the company, as well as OSHA regulations 
• 
  
• Job Requirements: 
• 1 year experience working in food manufacturing environment 
• Knowledge and experienced in general safety programs and policies 
• FDA, USDA, AIB, HACCP, GMP, and Allergen Programs 
• QA Tech background
