We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves handling various tasks to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with a team.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Unload trucks, inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage, and verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders.  

- Locate items in the warehouse, ensure order accuracy, and prepare goods for shipping according to customer specifications.  

- Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, or other machinery to move and store inventory.  

- Conduct regular stock checks, maintain accurate inventory records, and report discrepancies.  

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to company policies and safety standards.  

- Prepare shipments, label packages, and ensure they are sent out on time.  

- Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.  

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.  

- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to [50 lbs / 70 lbs, depending on the role].  

- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and technology, such as barcode scanners.  

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  

- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking or data entry.  

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
