Quality Technician
Key responsibilities of a Quality Technician:
Product Inspections: Visually examine products at various stages of production, using measuring tools to check dimensions, functionality, and appearance against specifications.
Testing Procedures: Perform standardized tests on samples of products to assess quality attributes like strength, durability, and performance.
Data Collection and Analysis: Record inspection results, analyze trends, and identify potential quality issues.
Non-Conformance Reporting: Document deviations from quality standards, initiate corrective actions, and escalate critical issues to management.
Process Monitoring: Observe production processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures and identify areas for improvement Root Cause
