Position: Entry Level Machine Operator 
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 3:00PM - 11:30PM
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: $15.65 per hour + $0.50 shift differential = $16.15 per hour

Duties

• Assist in loading plastic materials or molds onto injection or extrusion machines, ensuring correct placement for proper molding.
• Help set up molding machines, ensuring proper calibration and adjustments for different production runs.
• Monitor machines during operation to identify malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting.
• Inspect molded parts for quality control, ensuring products meet specifications before proceeding.
• Safely lift and move raw materials, molds, and finished products, handling items up to 20 lbs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, with basic machine operation and safety knowledge.
• Willingness to assist in various production tasks, including machine setup, packaging, and quality inspection.
